Love INC operates a local Clearinghouse which maintains information on resources available to people in need through community agencies, church outreach ministries, and the talents of people in the pews. Christian staff and volunteers prayerfully and lovingly receive requests for help and screen them for legitimacy and extent of need; they also seek to discover any additional needs and deeper issues fueling the problem. Each need is then referred to the most appropriate network church, church volunteer, or agency. Volunteers follow up to ensure the need was met and to offer prayer and spiritual support from churches. Love INC offers assistance to anyone in the community who is in need
